Security Officer Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity, and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity as required by site procedures, and assist with directing tenants, guests, vendors, and deliveries to the appropriate areas.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or public services based on site guidelines.;
Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate security-related updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
