In this role, you will lead the store staff when the manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, ensuring store operations run smoothly and completing all opening and closing procedures while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service.

• Manage and work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Assign, direct, and follow up on all crew activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank).
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Execute display and maintenance of off‑shelf merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekends, and overtime as needed, and respond to urgent issues at the store.

• Experience as a retail supervisor.

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Pay range: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour (base).
