This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sandwich, MA, for a Lead Gardener. The Lead Gardener will oversee and participate in daily gardening tasks, including planting, pruning, irrigation, and overall landscape maintenance. Responsibilities include managing and implementing garden designs and ensuring the highest standards of care for clients' outdoor spaces. Collaboration with team members and communication with clients will also be essential aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance and Gardening
• Experience in Landscaping and Garden Design
• Knowledge of Irrigation systems and techniques
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to sustainable gardening practices
• Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions
• Relevant horticultural certifications or degrees are a plus
