About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Supply Planner to join a fast‑paced and growing operation. In this role, you will ensure product availability, maintain accurate planning data, and help drive supply chain efficiency across the business.
You'll play a key part in coordinating stock, demand, and production, working closely with internal teams and external partners to support seamless supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supply planning activities to ensure consistent product availability
Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules
Liaise with internal departments to maintain smooth operational flow
Maintain accurate planning data within systems and spreadsheets
Support continuous improvement across supply chain processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retail partners
Provide reporting and analysis to support operational decision‑making
Work to strict deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
Essential Skills & Experience
Exceptional commercial awareness, with strong understanding of business priorities
Competent with Excel, confident in handling and analysing data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, with strong planning and prioritisation abilities
Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
Self‑motivated, proactive, and driven
Experience in a retail‑facing supply planning role is highly advantageous
Basic understanding of retailer systems and supply chain processes is beneficial
