Tusing Builders LTD is seeking experienced Pre-Engineered Metal Building Installer to join our growing team. This hands-on role focuses on the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings, including structural steel framing, columns, bracing systems, and metal wall and roof systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect and assemble pre-engineered metal building systems, including structural steel columns, rafters, and bracing.
• Install secondary framing, girts, purlins, and metal wall and roof panels.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, and layout plans to ensure accurate installation.
• Align and secure structural components using bolts, welds, and appropriate fastening systems.
• Assist with rigging, signaling, and guiding crane operations during steel placement.
• Install insulation systems and metal trim components per project specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, plumb, and level of steel structures using measuring tools and equipment.
• Maintain safe work practices, including fall protection and PPE compliance.
• Work collaboratively with project supervisors and crew members to meet production goals.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly handle tools and materials.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in steel erection, metal framing, or pre-engineered building construction.
• Experience working with structural steel components, columns, and bracing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and shop drawings.
• Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection equipment.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and metal fastening systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
• Must reside within 40 miles of Monroeville, OH.
