HVAC Technician – Facilities

In this role, you will be responsible for performing skilled repairs to the building and equipment such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) units, maintaining the best conditions with minimal inconvenience to guests and associates. You’ll respond quickly to maintenance requests and perform preventive repairs to help create a seamless guest experience free from disruptions. Your work behind the scenes directly contributes to the resort’s reputation for excellence and ensures every visit feels welcoming and worry‑free.

• Make repairs to resort air conditioning systems: change filters, clean coils, replace motors, etc.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the manufacturer’s preventative maintenance programs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment such as boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, electrical, etc.
• Take required readings on equipment, test cooling tower and record readings, and maintain repair and preventative records.

• Needs to have commercial and residential HVAC experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in both commercial and residential HVAC.
• Must be able to work flexible and long hours, sometimes weekends, nights, and holidays.
