We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Equipment Service Technician to join our team in Sandusky, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing forklifts and other field equipment, providing on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

$25.00/hr - $38.00/hr

• Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repair of forklifts and related field equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
• Collaborate with the service team and management to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Field Service Forklift Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
