At Cedar Point, work is FUN! As a Resident Assistant, you’ll assist associates within our Housing Campus and help create a welcoming, fun, and exciting work experience for Cedar Point associates. Your responsibilities include explaining, supporting, and enforcing all policies and . You will establish a team environment within your assigned building through role modeling and focusing on Cedar Point’s cornerstones and core values, and perform administrative tasks such as posting flyers, completing weekly reports, and offering assistance as needed.
Responsibilities- Help create a welcoming, fun, and exciting work experience for Cedar Point associates through a variety of Resident Life roles.
- Explain, support, and enforce all policies and procedures.
- Establish a team environment within your assigned building through role modeling and focusing on Cedar Point’s cornerstones and core values.
- Perform all administrative tasks, such as posting flyers in the building, completing weekly reports, and offering assistance as needed.
