Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Interface proficiently with enterprise and shipping software for recording and distribution of materials.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality specifications, inventory counts, invoices, and other documentation.
• Initiate warehouse activities with thorough knowledge of assembly procedures and customer requirements.
• Assemble loose components as needed to complete orders.
• Receive, input, store, and distribute raw materials, preparing products for shipment.
• Proficiently rig and lift raw materials safely.
• Follow all applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental rules and guidelines while performing job duties.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• Proven computer and software aptitude.
• 1–3 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Warehouse activities and high proficiency with computer applications.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Team orientation and ability to influence others within the department.
• Prioritization and coordination skills.
• Sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently.
• Supportive, good relationships with employees and suppliers.
• Computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Office, Word, Excel, and enterprise/shipping software packages.
