DescriptionTele Solv is looking for a qualified Facilities Operations Manager to join our Federal Services team.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of facilities operations or maintenance management experience
- Experience coordinating maintenance and repair contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain required federal security clearance (Public Trust or higher as required)
- Provide acquisition support including preparation of acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), market research, and analysis of alternatives
- Support funding management and budget tracking, including submitting purchase requisitions and tracking obligations in financial systems such as SAP
- Track and manage project costs within TRIRIGA (or successor system) and ensure monthly updates to financial and project records
- Coordinate and prepare monthly Maintenance & Repair (M&R) reports detailing cost, scope, project status, modifications, and logistics support
- Manage facility Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) data, including facility deficiencies, maintenance contracts, and operational data within systems of record
- Support sustainment planning efforts through data trending, historical analysis, and execution planning for facility maintenance and repair requirements
- Monitor maintenance work and assist in developing repair solutions for facilities
- Assist in oversight of environmental task completion and ensure proper documentation of permits, warranties, and equipment records
- Coordinate with Facility and Infrastructure Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, project managers, and financial teams to support operational requirements
- Maintain documentation and reporting within SharePoint and other federal systems of record
- Assist with spend plan analysis and support current and out-year budget execution activities

Investigation
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories.
