Your role as a Delivery Expert means you are the face of Domino's Pizza in the community. You will deliver hot, fresh meals to customers, ensuring they arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

• Deliver products by car to customer‑requested locations.
• Assist with load/unload, carry products while walking or climbing as needed.
• Maintain a clean, insured vehicle and adhere to safe driving practices.
• Perform in‑store duties such as stocking ingredients, preparing product, processing orders, completing inventory paperwork, and maintaining a clean facility.
• Complete required training, job orientation, and administrative duties, including basic computer use for order entry.
• Communicate professionally with customers and staff verbally and by phone.
• Manage money accurately and handle basic math quickly.
• Read maps, locate addresses, and drive safely in adverse terrain, weather, and varying temperatures.

• Exposure to varying and adverse weather while performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36–90 °F.
• Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Cramped working quarters in some areas.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Clear speaking and hearing for effective communication.
• Near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks.
• Accurate depth perception; ability to discern hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, analyze and compile data, and make professional judgments and decisions.

• Standing for long periods of time, walking on various floor types, and sitting for administrative duties.
• Lifting packages up to 50 lbs and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching to access product and prepare orders.
• Extended use of hands for dough manipulation and tool use.
• Climbing five or more flights of stairs during deliveries may be required.

• 18 + years old with valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to a clean, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Vision that allows for long‑distance and night driving.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to various weather conditions while delivering orders safely.

• Opens equipment and operates all relevant kitchen and delivery equipment.
• Stocks ingredients from delivery for daily use.
• Prepares product according to store standards.
• Receives and processes customer orders accurately.
• Completes inventory and associated paperwork.
• Maintains a clean restaurant facility.
• Successfully completes required training and job orientation.
• Comprehends and follows written instructions.
• Communicates verbally with customers and staff, both in‑person and by phone.
• Calculates basic math quickly and accurately.
• Holds accuracy in money handling.
• Shows rapid, accurate hand‑eye coordination.
