The Clinic Liaison role is designed to provide personalized attention to patients to enhance their customer service experience.

Full-time 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Minimal travel between clinic locations in Sandusky and Norwalk.

• Warmly greet customers upon arrival in a professional and courteous manner.
• Offer a warm “thank you for your business” to customers.
• Promptly report allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
• Comply with Maxor’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor’s Compliance Program.
• Remain free from exclusion under the Office of the Inspector General and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
• Complete required training, as assigned, within the established time frames.
• Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
• Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pharmacy Tech required.
• Customer service background.

• Ability to communicate well with people from a diverse background.
• A commitment to treating patients with empathy and compassion.
• High customer service orientation, exhibiting a welcoming disposition with the ability to be consistently polite, helpful, kind, courteous and discreet.
• Ability to foster relationships between patients and clinic and pharmacy staff.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Outside of the box thinker with desire to creatively solve problems.
• Basic technical and organization skills.
