Job Title: Senior Tax Manager - Public Accounting Firm (Multiple Ohio Locations | Hybrid Flexibility)

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Location: Multiple Offices Across Ohio (Hybrid/Flexible Work Environment)

Salary: Competitive, DOE ($150K-$200K range) + Bonus + Full Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-level tax engagements and manage client relationships
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and consulting for a wide range of clients
• Review complex tax filings and ensure technical accuracy
• Develop and mentor team members, providing guidance and support
• Contribute to firm strategy, client growth, and internal process improvements
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on tax strategies and business decisions

Required Qualifications:

• CPA license preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Excellent client-facing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
