Waterpark Front Desk Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Front Desk Agent. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the monetary funds of the waterpark fees, preparing reliable daily financial information, assisting guests, and processing them (indoors and outdoors) as well as Treetop Play areas and communicating all omissions and deviations to appropriate management.

Starting Rate: $14.00/hr

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Follow correct credit handling procedures; process orders by recording order and computing bill.
• Be able to perform credit card and room charge transactions.
• Keep an open line of communication with all departments and keep them posted on what is happening in the department.

• Must be computer-savvy and eager to provide excellent service to guests.
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person with the right attitude, personality, and drive.
