Guest Services Call Center AgentKalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences for our guests— contrapone telephone and online.
As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love— guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
Starting Rate : $15.00
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service by managing in‑house guest calls as well as outbound calls for the resort.
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest records accurately while maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally by following company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, holidays, and special events.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to multitask effectively while handling phone calls.
- Ability to work independently with professionalism and discretion in high‑pressure situations.
- Valid driver’s license to support the Valet team during peak seasons.
