Hire Resolve’s client telecommunications industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Software Developer in Sandton, Gauteng.

• Lead technical design and architecture, ensuring scalable and robust software solutions.
• Drive key technical decisions regarding architecture and technology stack.
• Develop high-quality, secure code following best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues proactively.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering team growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, QA, design).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Document all aspects of development, design, and monitoring.
• Monitor application performance using tools.
• Stay updated with the latest industry technologies, especially in telecoms.
• Work within Agile frameworks, assisting with estimations and reporting progress.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in projects.

• 5-10+ years of software development experience with a strong project portfolio.
• Expertise in .NET (C#), JavaScript/React, and SQL (MSSQL/MySQL).
• Solid understanding of APIs (RESTful) and software design patterns.
• Proficiency with Git, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
