** We are seeking a highly motivated
** Full Stack Java Developer
** to join our dynamic Dev Ops team within the
** CIB Payments Technology
** domain, specifically supporting the
** Debi Check team**.The Debi Check platform powers and manages all debit order processing for Absa, enabling millions of secure transactions every day. Our systems are recognised across the industry for their high performance, resilience, and exceptional stability - something our team takes great pride in.

You will be instrumental in designing and building a robust, scalable system from the ground up using:
* ** Backend:
** Java with Spring Boot
* ** Frontend:
** Angular
* ** Database:
** Postgre

SQLThis is a hands-on development role where you’ll be involved in the entire solution lifecycle - from architecture and design to deployment and support. Our team operates in a collaborative Agile environment, with a strong focus on performance, continuous delivery, and innovation.

* What we’re looking for:

*** Proven experience in full stack development using Java Spring Boot and Angular
* Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
* Familiarity with AWS services, especially Lambda and serverless architecture
* Passion for Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile team
* Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
* Interest in learning complex financial products and contributing to business growth###
** Skills, knowledge & experience required:
*** Bachelors degree in IT or related diploma
* 7-10 years development experience in Java technology
* Must have led or championed projects
* Experience in containers, Kafka & Rancher
* Be part of a high-performing team building a strategic application from scratch
* Work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and modern development practices
* Gain exposure to structured finance and commodity trading
