Python Developer

As a Python Developer, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining our APIs. Your work will include designing and developing RESTful APIs with Django on Windows or Linux platforms. You should have at least 3 years of experience as a developer in Python this role would be a great fit.

Requirements

• Develops and maintains mission-critical Python programming tools
• Supports the development of complex, long-term information extraction, analysis, and management systems in Python.
• Implements sophisticated analytics and reporting methods using Django.
• Works closely with database teams to design, implement, test, and maintain database engines and Python APIs.
• Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem.
• Participates in architecture and software development activities.
• Per Programming experience with Python.
• Django and Python/Django Framewor.

Qualifications

• Python experience is preferred
• Previous work experience in large, open source projects with good problem solving skills and a strong understanding of modern day programming languages such as Python and Django is required.
• Python programming skills and a desire to learn is a must
• Experience with Rails, Django, or similar web frameworks preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Python programming required.
