27500 - R36500 + com Our Client is seeking a Senior to Advanced Sales Consultant to conduct high quality consultations and drive consistent conversion in a premium, consultative environment. This role requires strong emotional intelligence, leadership by example, and a disciplined approach to both pre and post-sale client management.
Salary:
Basic: R27 500 – R36 500 + Comm
Minimum requirements:

Conduct high-quality in-person and virtual consultations with prospective clients.

Drive monthly conversion targets while ensuring a premium experience maintained.

Build strong relationships with new and existing clients throughout the decision-making process.

Ensure timely follow-ups, clear communication, and consistent service delivery. Before & after sale.

Lead by example through look, punctuality, professionalism, and initiative to junior team members.

Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales team.

Maintain healthy and positive work ethic across multi-dimensional teams

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years in consultative sales, luxury services or goods.

Team coaching and support. This is a self-managed role with an essential part being helping junior team members.

Proven ability to close high-value deals and exceed performance targets.

Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly.

Professional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.

Experience using CRM, and Microsoft Office more than basic or beginner levels.

High attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
