SUMMARY: Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Sandton
POSITION INFORoles and Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Managing Director and Sales Manager’s Calendars
- Client Liaison and cold calling – 20-30 calls per day
- Support for the external sales reps, handling Open Opportunities
- Internal sales – As a back-up for Internal sales team, Quote, Order processing
- CRM
- Follow up on quotes weekly, closing and managing the CRM program. - Sales team KPI Reports – Visits, Total Quotes, General activity, feedback.
- Managing sales projects ie: sales reps area lists and how many visits are expected.
- Documentation – Minute taking in meetings and filling out forms for the sales that are on the road.
Candidate requirements:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Microsoft Office experience, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams
- Corel Draw – advantage
- Strong Communication skills
