What You Will Do
  • Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate cloud transformation for enterprise customers, delivering measurable business outcomes through SAP’s Customer Experience (CX) portfolio.
  • Build market momentum for SAP CX solutions across Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Loyalty and Customer Data, positioning the suite as a strategic growth platform.
  • Partner with customers to modernize customer engagement, unify end‑to‑end experiences and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Own territory planning, pipeline generation and end‑to‑end deal execution, ensuring consistent execution rigor and forecast accuracy.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, orchestrating internal teams and partners to close high‑value, strategic opportunities.
What You Bring
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise‑scale software sales cycles and closing large, strategic deals.
  • Strong domain expertise across CRM, Marketing Automation, Commerce, Loyalty and Customer Data Platforms.
  • Proven ability to position solutions and deliver compelling, value‑based demonstrations to C‑level and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align senior decision‑makers.
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset, working effectively across virtual account teams and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong operational discipline with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting and CRM best practices.
