This position is pivotal in transforming stories of impact, conservation, and community into engaging, brand-aligned visual content. Reporting to the Senior Manager:
Communications and Partnerships, the Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with communications, fundraising, partnerships, and programme teams to produce high-quality design work that strengthens brand consistency, supports campaigns, and elevates organisational storytelling. The role is integral to reinforcing brand identity and fostering a values-driven culture through creative, purposeful, and visually compelling design.
Core Criteria:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital fundraising, ideally within the non-profit sector.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful digital fundraising campaigns.
- Experience with Google and Meta advertising/content policies, including campaign optimisation.
- Practical understanding of fundraising principles and donor engagement strategies.
- Budgeting experience (preparing, presenting, and monitoring).
- Familiarity with fundraising software and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent digital communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- High-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong strategic thinking with a results- and impact-driven approach.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyse data and apply insights to improve campaigns.
- Results-driven with a donor-first mindset.
- Digitally savvy and confident across online platforms.
- Creative storyteller with attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive, adaptable, and deadline-driven.
- Collaborative and comfortable working across diverse teams.
- Passionate about social and environmental impact.
- Create engaging visual content that translates conservation and community impact into compelling design.
- Deliver high-quality assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Support campaigns and storytelling by collaborating with communications, fundraising, partnerships, and programme teams.
- Uphold brand guidelines and strengthen organisational identity through purposeful design.
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Apply creative innovation and design trends to keep outputs fresh and impactful.
