Hire Resolve's client is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving successful CRM strategies, improving business processes, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery and design sessions to understand client requirements.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, automations (flows, Apex classes), integrations, and data migrations.
  • Design scalable data models and process automations using Salesforce best practices.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project alignment and objectives are met.
  • Provide comprehensive user training and post‑implementation support.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Create detailed solution documentation, including process narratives, system design, and user guides.
  • Assess and implement enhancements to Salesforce environments for continuous improvement.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants, supporting their technical growth and professional development.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to uplift team capabilities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce consulting experience.
  • Background in managing cross‑functional teams and leading complex implementations.
  • Exposure to industries such as finance, social enterprise, or IT services.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Configuration and Customization (Flows, Apex, Process Builder, etc.).
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and data migration strategies.
  • Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience delivering Salesforce training and user adoption strategies.
  • Proficient in managing change, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Skilled in solution design, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
    • Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
    • Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
    • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
