• Pre-Production Environment Management

  Ensure pre-production environments are stable and aligned with production.

  Implement monitoring and logging practices for post-deployment validation.
• Security & Compliance
  :
  Integrate security scanning (e.g., Snyk, Trivy, Sonar Qube) and enforce compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).

• Experience with ITIL 4 best practices for change and release management.

• Solid knowledge of networking (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers).
• Experience with monitoring/logging platforms and observability practices.
• Understanding of security practices and Dev Sec Ops  tooling.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• ITIL Foundation certification or relevant experience preferred.
