Delivery Manager

Description

• 5 - 10 years experience in Customer Delivery environment.
• Must be familiar with application delivery, application sunset and strategies
• Must be familiar with Change Advisory Boards
• Must be able to manage Application roadmaps
• Must manage all levels of Stakeholders
• Manage Service Level Agreements and work towards optimisation and automation
• Service Level reporting and managing the team
