Specialist Solution Analyst

Specialist Solution Analyst - 3 Month Contract

Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to define standards for code, data assets, and calculation methodologies.

Document standards and create reusable templates for both UAT and production environments.

Develop checklists and procedures for solution handover and feedback processes.

Maintain a centralized, standardized data asset list for shared team use.

Review and document productionized solutions, detailing location, stakeholders, standards, assets, and business transformations.

Approve solutions against engineering standards prior to implementation.

Identify and mitigate risks during solution development and deployment.

Support data analysts with resources, workshops, and ongoing guidance.

Keep analytics leadership informed on project progress and compliance.

Foster collaboration between analytics and engineering teams.

Lead process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance solution quality.

Promote scalable, maintainable, and efficient best practices.

Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and stand-ups.

Offer hands-on support to the analytics team as needed.

Relevant years and industry experience required.

Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solution Architect Professional) preferred.

5+ years in data, analytics, or software development.

Knowledge of financial products and their integration in data solutions.

Proficiency in Python and SQL for scalable data processing.

Experience with ETL, pipelines, and data modeling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data challenges.
