The Role:

Front-End Web Developer
As a Front-End Web Developer, you'll be the bridge between beautiful design and seamless functionality. From building custom Word Press themes with ACF to fine-tuning performance and accessibility, you'll be hands-on with every pixel and interaction. This is an office-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment and can own their corner of a build from start to finish.

• 1-2+ years of hands‑on front‑end development experience
• Develop and maintain custom Word Press themes (incl. child themes) and ACF-based structures
• Translate mockups into production-ready code with precision and performance in mind
• Optimise for SEO, accessibility, speed, and cross-device compatibility
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and content teams
• Stay on top of trends in UI/UX, frameworks, and tools

• 1-2+ years experience in front‑end development (agency or in-house)
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JS, and a JS framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Comfortable with Word Press, ACF, and building custom themes
• Familiar with PHP, Python, or Node.js (basic back‑end understanding)
• Strong understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
• Experience using Git and team‑based workflows
• Detail‑oriented, self‑driven, and thrives in fast‑paced environments
• Clear communicator and team player
• Familiarity with Notion or
• Bonus:
  Experience with Figma/Adobe XD, Photoshop, hosting setup, SSR, APIs, or cloud tools (AWS/GCP)
