The Business Analyst will play a critical role in translating business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories. You will be involved from requirement elicitation through to validation and delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned to both business objectives and technical feasibility. Working in an Agile, SAFe-aligned environment, the role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

• Engage clients and stakeholders to elicit, validate, and refine business requirements

• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases

• Support prioritisation, scope management, and benefit realisation discussions

• Validate solutions, UI/UX designs, and delivered functionality with stakeholders

• Act as a data steward across the SDLC to ensure compliant and accurate data usage

• Coordinate cross-functional communication and contribute to planning and estimation

• Support testing, defect triage, and UAT activities where required

What You Bring

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst within software or systems delivery

• Strong business writing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks, ideally SAFe

• Working knowledge of BPMN, UML, process mapping, and requirements definition

• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Visio, and Enterprise Architect or similar

• Structured, analytical thinking with high standards for delivery
