Role Description
The Travel Helpdesk Consultant (Galileo GDS Users) will provide technical and helpdesk support to ensure seamless operations for users. Core responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, offering customer service to address queries, and guiding clients in using Galileo systems efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lonehill, Johannesburg.
Qualifications- At least 5 years Galileo GDS experience
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting expertise to identify and address both technical and operational challenges efficiently.
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and address inquiries professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and deliver quality outcomes under time constraints.
