Senior Finance Manager

Looking for a strong, hands-on finance professional who can step in, take ownership, and bring structure to the finance team.

• Capital-related responsibilities & financial oversight
• Full creditors and debtors function management
• Deep dive into reconciliations – clean-ups, controls, and process improvements
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Independent decision-maker who doesn’t wait to be told what to fix
• Proven leadership ability – builds structure, drives accountability, and leads from the front

• BCom Accounting Degree
• Qualified CA(SA)
• Completed articles
• 3–4 years' post-articles experience
• FMCG industry exposure (high volume / low value advantageous)
• Fast Moving Consumer goods
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound financial decisions
• Experience managing creditors, debtors, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Comfortable in a hands-on operational finance role
