Graduate Trainee - Finance - 12 Month Contract
- Completed a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Currently unemployed and available for full-time work
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable with IT systems and digital tools
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to the team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks
- Support data entry, reconciliations, and report generation
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to understand core business functions
- Participate in internal training and development workshops
- Contribute to team projects and process improvement initiatives
- Shadow senior team members and learn how to operate effectively in a professional environment
