Position: TL2 Engineer
Our client is looking for a TL2 Engineer to join their team in Sandton

Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Skills

Strong troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 & Azure fundamentals.
Solid understanding of Windows Server environments.
Networking knowledge (VLANs, routing, VPN, firewalls).
Experience with RMM/PSA platforms.
Familiarity with security products (EDR, anti-virus, web filtering).
Knowledge of backup technologies.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and client-handling ability.
Strong problem-solving, analysis, and prioritization.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Teamwork and willingness to guide TL1 staff.

Qualifications

Matric + IT Diploma (advantageous).
Certifications such as:
CompTIA N+ / Security+
Microsoft 365 Associate
Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
Fortinet NSE/ Sophos/ Cisco (advantage)
2–4 years MSP support experience.
