✅ Strong product knowledge of Southern & East Africa

✅ Skilled in Tourplan, WETU & MS Office

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✅ Able to step in across departments and assist where needed

🧭 Your role:

You’ll provide vital relief support across consulting desks — managing quotes, bookings, and proposals, assisting with educational trips, testing systems, and ensuring seamless service to agents and guests.
