Main Job Functions
We are seeking an experienced Assistant to an Internal Auditor to assist in managing external and internal audits on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Final Costing experience in the Automotive Repair Industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct internal audits regularly ensuring Costing Departments are adhering to SLA agreements and audit allowances.
• Compile necessary files and paperwork by printing from systems or collecting directly from facilities.
• Ensure all documents are complete and available for the Internal Auditor to present at Audits with the Insurers.
• Site visits to facilities to include OEM Compliance Audit Checks (e.g. Manufacturer required criteria, equipment, services and training)
• Assist Skills Development and the Repair Facilities with OEM Training requirement compliance / bookings.
