• Deliver pizza and product by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers, door hangers, and perform other local promotional activities.
• Operate all equipment and prepare product.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Navigating delivery areas, including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Complete orders accurately using computer or touchscreen.
• Maintain a safe driving record and safe vehicle condition.
• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments.

Orientation and job training are provided on the job. You must be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and calculator use.
• Accurate monetary change handling.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and manual dexterity for rapid, precise movements.
• Keyboard or touchscreen proficiency.
• Navigation skills using maps and GPS.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions while delivering.
• In‑store temperature ranges from 36 °F to 90 °F+.
• Sudden temperature changes in work areas.
• Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Cramped areas such as walk‑in coolers.
• Hot surfaces and equipment up to 500 °F.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing, walking short distances, and brief periods of sitting.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds (bulk deliveries), stacked onto shelves up to 72 in.
• Carrying items (e.g., 3 lb can, 30 lb sauce, 12 lb dough trays). Trays may be stacked on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb push force.
• Climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance or sign changes.
• Driving multiple deliveries per shift, traveling between store and vehicle.
• Operating in adverse weather and varying temperature environments.
• Sensing: good vision for near and mid‑range tasks, depth perception, ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces, hearing for telephone.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Insured vehicle available for delivery.
• Strong navigation skills within designated delivery areas.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain.
• Office software skills for order entry.
