Aircraft Avionics Installer Description At  CKD Aero team, Aircraft Avionics Installer plays a crucial role in the aviation industry by installing, inspecting, and maintaining avionics systems and equipment in aircraft. This position contributes to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of aircraft through the installation and servicing of avionics technology.
** Responsibilities:
** Install, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics systems and components, including communication, navigation, radar, and other electronic systems.  Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings to complete installations accurately.  Collaborate with team to ensure avionics equipment complies with industry standards and regulations.  Conduct functional tests and quality inspections on avionics systems to ensure proper operation.  Troubleshoot and diagnose avionics issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.  

Keep accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs performed.  Stay updated on advancements in avionics technology and industry regulations.  Ensure compliance with safety protocols and aviation regulations throughout the installation process.  Assist in the calibration and testing of avionics equipment.  Other duties assigned by management.

* Qualifications:

** High school diploma or equivalent.  Relevant avionics or electronics certification or training.  Previous experience in aircraft avionics installation and maintenance.  Strong knowledge of avionics systems and electronic components.  Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation.  Attention to detail and precision in work.  Ability to work independently or as part of a team.  Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety procedures.  Excellent problem-solving skills.

** Proficiency in using avionics tools and equipment.  Strong communication and teamwork skills.  Analytical thinking for troubleshooting avionics issues.  Adaptability to changing technology and aircraft models.
