Part‑time (flexible mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends – discussed at interview)

Salary: £13.00 per hour

We are recruiting a Supervisor to join the team. The role involves managing and coaching your team, delivering exemplary results, and supporting store operations.

You will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, wear the Savers uniform, and engage with the local community as a key representative of the store.

• Manage and coach the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure store presentations and stock levels meet Savers standards.
• Support the assistant manager in day‑to‑day operations and customer service.
• Build relationships with local customers and act as a community ambassador.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Passion for the products we sell.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to keep people at the heart of all tasks.
