• Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as dressing, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Help individuals participate in community activities and socialize with others.
• Assist with personal care needs, as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals you support.
• Document and report on the care you provide.
