The RoleWe are hiring a Senior Sales Leader to drive global revenue across embed
UR’s engineering services and platform offerings. This is a builder role—intended for a senior sales executive who wants to shape the sales function, define strategy, and grow a durable revenue engine.
This role partners closely with the founder and executive leadership team to close strategic enterprise deals, scale services revenue, and accelerate adoption of subscription and platform products.
What You’ll Do- Drive global revenue by closing strategic enterprise and ecosystem-level deals

UR’s engineering services business while accelerating platform and subscription sales - Own the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity creation through close and expansion
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales organization as the company grows
- Partner closely with the founder, executive leadership, engineering, and marketing teams
- Identify and cultivate long-term strategic accounts within the semiconductor ecosystem
- Represent embed
UR with executive credibility across customers, partners, and industry events
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in software, embedded systems, or engineering services
- Proven success selling complex, consultative solutions rather than commodity products
- Semiconductor or silicon-ecosystem background, with established relationships across:
Semiconductor vendors, IP Providers, OEMs/ODMs, Platform, Ecosystem, or Enablement Teams. - Experience selling solutions that combines services, software, and long-term partnerships
- Comfort navigating long sales cycles involving technical and executive stakeholders
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience in Edge AI, IoT, embedded systems, or intelligent edge platforms
- Background selling engineering services alongside software platforms or tooling
- Familiarity with semiconductor developer ecosystems, reference designs, or enablement programs
- Prior experience building or scaling sales functions in growth-stage technology companies
