• Extra kudos if you have a year or more in high-volume or guest-facing kitchens.
• For Sushi Chefs: 1–2 years of culinary experience or formal training preferred.

Our Sushi Chefs collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to create fresh, beautiful sushi that keeps guests returning. Develop skills and advance through three unique stations:

• Roll Station: Focus on fresh veggie prep, rice perfection, and rolling sushi.
• Front Station: Fish breakdown, nigiri mastery, and omakase creations—plus guest interaction at the sushi bar.
• Wheel Station: Coordinate orders and craft sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi to perfection.

• Fast-paced, full-service restaurant energy with a buzz that keeps you on your toes.
• Physical tasks include moving around the kitchen, using tools, and savoring flavors to ensure top quality.
