This role provides administrative and marketing support to sales leadership and the corporate marketing team by playing a key role in the creation, coordination, and execution of marketing assets, events, and community initiatives. The position contributes significantly to brand consistency, sales support, and overall marketing success for the division.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to Sales and Marketing leadership, including correspondence, reporting, presentations, contracts, invoices, and budget support.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for active communities, start-ups, and closeouts in alignment with brand standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of marketing collateral, signage, promotional items, and model home materials.
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, creative agencies, PR firms, and vendors to produce accurate, timely marketing assets.
- Maintain and update company, MLS, and neighborhood websites; ensure online and onsite brand consistency.
- Support sales teams with pricing documents, collateral, signage, and special projects.
- Coordinate model home installations, staging, photography, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Plan and execute sales events, grand openings, and community activities, including collateral, email campaigns, and onsite coordination.
- Gather onsite content and photo releases for digital and social media use.
- Assist with system updates, reporting, and sales operations support; occasional evening and weekend availability required.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing coordination, administrative support, or a related role; real estate or homebuilding experience preferred.
- Experience supporting senior-level executives is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and website content management is preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of follow-through.
The expected base salary for this position is between $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base salary is paid bi-weekly.

Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. The primary work location is a corporate office with low to moderate noise levels. Appropriate business apparel and professional appearance is expected.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not supervise other employees.
Travel Requirements:
A valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance is required at all times.
