Project Manager Responsibilities- Successful initiation, daily oversight, and delivery of medium-large projects.
- Under direct supervision of a more senior project manager or a program manager, oversee medium-large projects and/or phase(s) of larger projects.
- All aspects of the project: initiate, estimate, plan, execute, control, and closeout within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Possesses strong communication skills and develops good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Effective project leader and team-builder that addresses project team issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proactively manages multiple projects at any given time by skillfully coordinating teams and work duties.
- Effectively communicates with project teams and customers.
- Customer centric and fosters that attitude with others.
- Regularly creates work environments that encourage efficient communication and collaboration.
- Decisive leader and displays a calm demeanor at all times.
- Interacts well with team members and superiors.
- Exhibits initiative by taking on additional work responsibilities when observing that others need help.
