Job Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst, Power Automate is responsible for the development and maintenance of Power Platform applications supporting complex business processes. This role partners with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable low-code solutions while ensuring governance, documentation, and security best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of new or maintenance of existing power applications supporting complex business processes.

• Intake scope and b

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable low-code solutions with strong usability and performance.

• Implement Power Automate flows to automate workflows.

• Manage small to large-size projects.

• Apply Power Platform governance, documentation, security, and best practices, including environment management and role-based access.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of related work experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• MBA or graduate degree.

Location Requirement:
Local candidates only — must currently reside in the Bay Area and work in San Ramon.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid role with required on-site attendance for occasional workshops in San Ramon or other Bay Area office locations.

Travel:
Approximately 10% travel within the Bay Area to Sacramento on rare occasions.

Equipment & PPE:

A
laptop will be provided. Candidate must use a vendor/personal computer via Citrix until laptop is available. PPE may be required and must be supplied by the vendor; will reimburse PPE expenses.
