Therapy/Rehabilitation - Occupational Therapist

Facility is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist.
Home health experience preferred not required.
TWO Options - Guaranteed Hours or Non Guaranteed hours. If Guarantee, the following shall apply:
Productivity:
At least 27 points per week (points described below). 36 hours Guarantee. Traveler must complete 30 points in the week. Must be willing to travel outside the area or work weekends if required to maintain weekly visit expectations. If Traveler refuses patients, guarantee does not apply. Guarantee does not apply for 1st and last week of assignment, or for weeks in which there are holidays, or for weeks in which the traveler has time off.
If Non-Guarantee, the following shall apply:
Weekend coverage may be required. To secure a full caseload, Traveler may be required to go outside the service area occasionally. Can refuse patients. No guaranteed hours. Traveler must be willing to see Covid+ and Covid Pui patients.
