Yourtypical day at A.G.E.S as a RBT includes:
- Implementation of Behavior Plans: Execute behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs or licensed professionals to address challenging behaviors. Teach communication, social, adaptive, and independent living skills based on individual treatment plans.
- Direct Client Interaction: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions to teach and reinforce targeted skills and behaviors. Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed to ensure safety.
- Data Collection and Behavior Analysis: Record and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborative Support: Work with multidisciplinary teams, including BCBAs, therapists, educators, and caregivers, to ensure consistent implementation of support plans.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices, interventions, and regulations.
- Competitive hourly rate: $22-$27

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in ABA or childcare preferred
- TB Test and Background Check clearance
- Valid driver’s license
- Interest in human behavior and ABA principles
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for individuals with special needs
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to build collaborative relationships
- Commitment to ethical ABA interventions aligned with A.G.E.S mission
