The Position

We are hiring a fully licensed psychotherapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC). This is a fully remote, hourly W‑2 position providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy via telehealth to California residents, serving young professionals in technology, healthcare, business, real estate, non‑profit, and academia.

Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Fully licensed in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC with at least 3 years of direct clinical experience
  • Meet 25 client‑facing therapy hours per week
  • Compensation for no‑show sessions is provided to ensure income stability
  • Maintain diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress notes for caseload
  • Have a good understanding of the diagnostic assessment process, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
  • Attend weekly staff meetings, clinical consultation, training, and team‑building activities
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards of the mental health profession
  • Maintain licensure requirements
  • May not engage in outside clinical work or private practice that interferes with your schedule, responsibilities, or creates a conflict of interest with Sweet Mango Therapy Group, Inc.
  • Access to a computer, strong internet connection, and quality audio/visual equipment (microphone, earphones, and lighting) is required
  • Communicate with a client’s treatment team as necessary (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.)
  • Prepare reports, maintain clinical documentation, and write professional correspondence as indicated
  • May provide supervision to other staff (if qualified)
  • Participate in community and professional events representing Sweet Mango Therapy Group
  • Complete other related duties as assigned
