- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship
- Follow care plans accurately
- Documentation and charting
- HCA Registration (Home Care Aide) preferred—we can help you with this if needed
- Documented caregiving experience preferred
- Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- Access to a mobile phone
- Ability to travel within the East Bay
- Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle for transportation
