PT Salon is looking for a skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our team. We are seeking professionals who specialize in high-quality skin care and facial treatments to provide our guests with exceptional results. While skin care is a core focus of this role, expertise in threading is a significant plus, as it remains our primary business service. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about beauty and wellness to help us maintain the high standard of care our clients expect at all our locations.

Responsibilities

• Skin Care Excellence:Deliver professional facial treatments, including deep cleansing, extractions, and specialized skin therapies tailored to client needs.
• Threading Services (Big Plus):Perform precision threading for eyebrows and full face; experience in this area is highly valued across our team.
• Consultation:Evaluate client skin types and concerns to recommend the most effective treatment plans and home-care products.
• Service Standards:Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience that aligns with the PT Salon brand.
• Sanitation & Safety:Maintain a spotless treatment area and adhere to all State Board regulations regarding hygiene and sterilization.

  Work effectively with our reception and management teams to ensure smooth scheduling and a positive salon environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• Licensure:Must hold a current California Esthetician or Cosmetology License.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong background in skin care protocols and facials. Threading experience is highly preferred but not required if you are an expert in skin care.
• Client Relations:Excellent communication skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships and retention.
• Professionalism:A reliable, organized professional who thrives in a boutique salon setting and works well within a team.

Experience:

• Cosmetology: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology (Preferred)
