The School Director drives enrollments and manages overall operations of the school. The role integrates strategic enrollment initiatives, operational excellence, budgeting, staff leadership, and family engagement to support Primrose’s mission of delivering high‑quality early childhood education.

Primrose Schools is a mission‑driven brand that combines a research‑informed Balanced Learning® approach with community outreach initiatives, such as Spring Fling and charity events, to create nurturing and educational environments for children.

• Oversee placement, admissions, and daily operations of the school.
• Manage the full admissions process, including tours, follow‑ups, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase enrollments.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children and staff.
• Retain qualified staff while building strong relationships with families through effective communication.
• Maintain understanding of state licensing regulations and Primrose standards.
• Oversee financial operations, including budget development, expense tracking, and payroll management.
• Foster an inclusive, positive school culture encouraging collaboration and open communication.
• Lead enrollment growth efforts by conducting tours and promoting the Primrose curriculum.

• Establish trust and rapport with families to support enrollment decisions.
• Inspire and guide staff while maintaining a productive work environment.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Apply analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills in high‑pressure situations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading enrollment growth initiatives.

• Base salary: $76,000 - $86,000 per year.
• Up to $18,000 annual incentive bonus.
• PTO plan.
• Two weeks paid break (summer and winter).
• Six company‑observed holidays.
• Complimentary childcare for up to two children.

• Frequent movement throughout the school, including standing, walking, and navigating classrooms and outdoor areas.
• Occasionally lift items up to 25‑30.
