• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; maintain licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with families to support their child’s achievement and the center’s success.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state educational requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, passionate, and at least 18 years old.

• Compensation based on position, education, and experience; bi‑weekly and daily pay options.
• Lead Teacher – $21.83–$22.68 per hour.
